01.
Eligibility and Participation:

Participants must meet the specified criteria for the Programme (e.g. coaching experience).

Full attendance is expected at all nine (9) virtual sessions to ensure the best possible experience. If a participant needs to miss a session due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to us in advance to discuss. Please note that refunds or partial refunds will not be provided for missed sessions. Absence from more than two virtual sessions may result in removal from the Programme.

Participation is required to ensure a valuable learning experience. Participants are expected to actively engage in discussions, complete assignments, and attend all live online sessions.The organiser reserves the right to remove participants from the Programme if they are disruptive or fail to meet participation requirements.

Reliable internet access is required to participate. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology to access the online platform.

Recordings of missed sessions will be available for a limited time. It is the participant's responsibility to catch up on missed content.
03.
Fees and Payment:

Full payment must be made in full prior to the Programme start date unless other payment arrangements are approved.

Payment is required to secure a place in the cohort. Your place is confirmed only once payment has been received.

Fees are inclusive of any materials provided during the training but exclude any additional software or tools that may be required (unless otherwise specified).

Fees shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate

Participants are responsible for any costs associated with internet or data usage for attending the Programme.

Failure to make payments on time may result in loss of access to the online platform and resources

Substitutions and Transfers:
-
If a participant is unable to attend an online session, substitutions are not allowed.
-
Participants may request to transfer their registration to a future cohort or send a substitute attendee by notifying the organiser at least 7 days prior to the start of the Programme.

Transfers to future cohorts are allowed only once. After that, the original refund policy applies.
07.
Programme Content and Changes

The content, structure, and schedule of the Programme may be subject to change at the discretion of the organisers to ensure it meets the highest quality standards.

Participants will be informed by email of any significant changes to session dates and times, content, or delivery method at the earliest possible opportunity.

The Programme organisers reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Programme at any time without liability, in which case participants will receive appropriate options for compensation or rescheduling.

The Programme organisers cannot guarantee results for the participant as a result of the participant going through the Programme. That requires application of the principles by the participant. However if the participant applies the principles, then confident attendees should see results.

Should a participant need any additional support in applying the learning from the Programme, the organisers will offer a 1-1 coaching session to help the participant make progress.
09.
Data Privacy and Security

Participants’ personal information will be stored securely and only used for Programme-related purposes, such as providing access to online platforms, sending materials, requesting feedback and future offers (if consented).

By registering, participants consent to their information being processed in line with applicable data protection laws.

The online platform used for the Programme will adhere to security protocols to protect participant data, but participants are encouraged to follow best practices for online security, such as using secure passwords and logging out after sessions.

Feedback and Evaluation

Participants may be asked to provide feedback on the Programme through online surveys or interviews.
-
Organisers reserve the right to use anonymised feedback for marketing and promotional purposes, unless the participant opts out.

Force Majeure
-
The organiser is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, technical disruptions, health emergencies). In such cases, the organiser will offer rescheduled dates or a refund option.

Technology Requirements:

Participants must have access to a computer, laptop or tablet with a webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection.
-
The online Programme will be delivered via Zoom, and participants will receive access details upon registration and before each online session. Information will be held within Wix.
-
Organisers will provide a technical support contact for resolving platform-related issues before and during sessions but participants are responsible for resolving individual connection or device issues.
-
It is recommended to log in 5-10 minutes before the start of each session to ensure smooth access and minimise disruptions.
-
It is the participant’s responsibility to test their system before the Programme starts and ensure they are familiar with the online platform.
-
No refunds will be provided due to technological issues on the participant’s side that prevent attendance.
04.
Cancellation and Refunds:
-
If a participant cancels 28 days or more before the Programme starts, a full refund (minus any transaction fees) will be issued.
-
If cancellation occurs within 14-27 days of the Programme start date, either a 50% refund will be issued or participants can book onto a subsequent Programme.
-
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days before the Programme start date, but participants can book onto a subsequent Programme.
-
If the Programme is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser for whatever reason (example: platform failures), participants will be notified at the earliest possible opportunity and can choose to receive a full refund or transfer their booking to a future Programme, unless discontinued.
06.
Confidentiality and Online Conduct:

Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of the content and the experiences shared by other participants and are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive discussions or materials shared during the online sessions.

Participants must ensure that they are in a quiet, distraction-free environment during online sessions.
-
Participants are encouraged to keep cameras on during sessions to promote engagement but may mute their microphones unless speaking to avoid background noise.
-
Respectful interaction is required. Any form of online harassment, offensive comments, inappropriate or disruptive behaviour or failure to follow the guideline may result in immediate removal from the Programme without a refund.

Recording of live sessions by the participants is strictly prohibited unless explicit permission is given by the organisers.
-
By registering for the Programme a participant is giving permission for the organisers to record each session. Recordings will be made available to participants through the Wix platform for a limited amount of time and will be for personal use only.
08.
Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and intellectual property provided during the Programme (including recorded videos, documents, and resources) remain the property of the Programme organisers unless otherwise specified.

All materials and content provided during the training are the intellectual property of the organiser. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Participants are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reproducing Programme materials without explicit written consent from the organisers.
10.
Liability

The Programme organisers are not liable for any technical issues on the part of the participant, such as internet outages, device malfunctions, or inability to access the platform.
-
Organisers are also not responsible for any personal injury or property damage incurred during participation in the Programme from home or another location.
12.
Termination of Participation
-
The Programme organisers reserve the right to terminate the participation of any individual who fails to comply with the terms and conditions, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, failure to meet deadlines, or failure to pay Programme fees.

Participants removed for disciplinary reasons will not be eligible for a refund.
