WELCOME

Activate your account and begin your journey. First, you will receive a welcome email from My Coaching Place containing your Welcome Pack. Inside the Welcome Pack, click the registration link, copy your access code, and follow the steps to create your account.

Once you have registered, it is time to complete your profile. Add your personal information, including the language you would prefer to be coached in. Share your professional background, starting with your sector and most senior role, along with your years of experience. You will also be asked to outline the areas you would like to focus on during coaching. Finally, add a short bio to give your coach some background information before your chemistry call.

We hope you enjoyed your coaching sessions. Please take a minute to rate the session and share your feedback. All feedback is highly valued by our coaches and we thank you in advance for your input. If for any reason it is not working out, you have up to a third of your engagement to switch coaches. If you need any support let us know!

After your Chemistry Session, your coach will send you a Coaching Agreement outlining the details of your engagement. This includes your shared goals, what to expect from the coaching relationship, and how you will work together throughout the journey. Once you have reviewed and signed the agreement, you are ready to begin your coaching sessions.

If after your Chemistry Session, you feel the coaching match is not the right fit, you can easily end the connection through the Connections module by selecting “Break Connection.” You also have the option to do this within the first third of your engagement if needed. Once the connection has been ended, you can search for and connect with another coach.

We understand that life happens and that unexpected things can sometimes get in the way. If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, we simply ask that you please be mindful of the coaches’ time and give as much notice as possible. To help us plan fairly for everyone, sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered used and will count as one of the allocated coaching sessions.
