The Growing Coaches: Pathways to Confidence and Profitable Practice

Pathways is a small group programme designed to help you transition from the familiar safety of your successful career to the rewarding but uncertain world of coaching. It focuses on establishing a new professional coaching identity, understanding your personal style and preferences, building confidence & resilience, leveraging past experiences, and understanding how to become established in the ‘real world’ of executive and leadership coaching.


An intimate learning environment

With a maximum of 8 people per cohort facilitated by an experienced executive coach, L&D professional, and successful business owner.


A shared learning experience

Working with a group of people who share similar circumstances and challenges but who also bring fresh and complementary talents, experiences and perspectives.


Eight Workshops

A safe, online learning space creates the environment for accelerated professional development, complemented by between-workshop exercises and resources.


Action Learning

The benefit of an accountability group to promote shared learning, action and momentum.

Who is this program for

This programme is for those who have already started their coaching journey but need help solidifying their identity and maintaining consistency in their practice. It focuses on long-term strategies for sustained success.


Suitable for coaches new to sales or with some experience who want to build skill, confidence, motivation and clarity around selling and come away with a set of practical approaches, tools and frameworks to help them– opportunity to chat to one of us to determine if it is right for them before a final decision to sign up.​

Enhancing Emotional Intelligence and Communication:
  • Develop emotional intelligence to improve sales interactions.

  • Utilize the nine critical voices for effective communication.

  • Premium options include personalized sessions with VoicePrint 360 and ECR 360 assessments, and business development mentoring.

Navigating the Sales Landscape:
  • Explore various sources of leads including networking, referrals, and social media marketing.

  • Understand your target audience and tailor your approach for different types of buyers.

  • Master the buying cycle and conduct successful chemistry meetings.

  • Address common coaching sales dilemmas and manage essential sales documents.

Mastering the Sales Process:
  • Learn foundational concepts such as the sales continuum, funnel, and diamond.

  • Build an ideal customer profile and engage in consultative sales conversations.

  • Follow a structured 3 + 10 sales process, preparing essential elements and executing ten critical steps to close deals effectively.
