GROUP COACHING
A Powerful and Supportive Space to Navigate Complexity, Pressure and Competing Demands
Shared wisdom, real support, clearer ways forward

Group coaching offers you a powerful and supportive space to strengthen your leadership,
reflect on the impact you want to make and think beyond the day-to-day. The amplification
that comes from shared insight accelerates your development far beyond what is possible
alone.

Leaders consistently report benefits such as clearer strategic thinking and prioritisation, enhanced confidence and leadership presence, improved communication and stronger stakeholder relationships, greater awareness of strengths, patterns, and blind spots, as well as renewed energy and motivation.
Why Leaders Benefit from Group Coaching
Leading with Clarity and Purpose
A dedicated space to step back, make sense of competing demands and refocus on what
matters most.
The Amplification Effect
Shared insight and experience deepen perspective, sharpen strategic thinking and create a
community with peers who understand the realities of senior leadership.
Stronger Decision-Making
A facilitated environment where you can test ideas, explore options and shape next steps
with greater confidence.
Influence, Credibility and Presence
Support to strengthen your leadership identity and navigate moments of visibility, challenge
or scrutiny.
Sustainable Leadership in Complex Environments
Developing resilience, boundaries and long-term sustainability in high-pressure, mission-
driven roles.
Confidential Reflection and Challenge
A psychologically safe space to explore dilemmas and opportunities, supported by skilled facilitation that balances empathy with constructive challenge.
Our Unique Approach
This programme brings together a small group of senior leaders in a warm, confidential and thoughtfully facilitated coaching environment. The approach is relational and grounded, balancing support with constructive challenge to deepen leadership thinking.
Sessions blend facilitated coaching, reflective practice and peer dialogue. Leaders explore live issues such as strategic priorities, stakeholder dynamics, organisational complexity,
team leadership and their own leadership identity. The diversity of experience within the group creates powerful amplification — surfacing new ideas, perspectives and possibilities.

The process begins with an individual introductory conversation to clarify goals, priorities, and expectations. This is followed by six group coaching sessions delivered over a period of 6–9 months, designed to encourage thoughtful reflection, shared learning, and sustained development. Throughout the programme, participants benefit from facilitated coaching and peer insight, combining structured reflection, coaching exploration, and real-time problem-solving. An optional midpoint one-to-one review offers a focused opportunity to assess progress and refine coaching goals. The process concludes with a final group session and individual reflection, consolidating learning and identifying next steps for continued growth.
