The transition from a corporate role to coaching can be tough. Loss of identity, self-doubt, and procrastination can get in the way. Completing your coach training is only half the journey—becoming established and successful requires building self-awareness, understanding the 'real world' of coaching, and gaining the confidence to take action.

Introducing the PATHWAYS Programme

At My Coaching Place, in partnership with Make Waves Group, we have designed  The PATHWAYS Programme to tackle the exact challenges you're facing.

 

This programme was developed in direct response to feedback and insight from coaches, creating a compelling, transformative, and action oriented learning experience.

The Pilot cohort completed the final module in May 2025 with unanimously positive feedback. We are now refining and improving the programme further and aim to launch a further cohort by October 2025. We expect the format to change slightly and the cost to be reduced so it appeals to even more coaches.
